Former Vogue Paris editor-in-chief, Carine Roitfeld is soon to release CR Fashion Book. Watch the behind the scenes sneak-peek at the making of "Issue 0," the first installment which will be included as a small insert in the next issue of V magazine. The first full issue will be released September 2012.
